First: I sincerely apologize for this unsolicited e-mail and any inconvenience it may cause you, considering the ongoing Nigerians scam that have dominate the internet. But I urge you to consider the urgency and importance of your assistance on this issue.

I was private attorney to Mr. Erik Scholz, a Citizen of Germany, since 1998.
Mr. Erik Scholz, was a Gold merchant and owner of African Gold industries Cotonou Republic of Benin West Africa. He made a business trip to Iraq on September 2004. Unfortunately he was a victim of bomb blast over on which he died instantly. And he was not with his family, his family is staying over there in Germany. The fund that he deposited with the Standard Chartered Bank of Africa, Benin. The Bank Have issue me notice to present his Next Kin or the fund will be confiscated by the Bank. The fund in Question is $4.800,000.00 U.S.D. I have made several inquires through the Embassy and media to locate any of his family members, but all to no avail. So I wish to know if you can assist me to locate any of his family members, or we can work together I can present you as his Next Kin, to stop the Bank from confiscating the fund. If we stop the Bank from confiscating the fund it will be benefited for you and I.
The fund will transfer Bank to Bank, or wire transfer into any account of any body that stand his Next of Kin.
