I am so grateful that I googled some key phrases before sending any money..... How could I have been so stupid!

This is to notify you that your request for leave vacation for the service member has been granted by the US Army and the vacation starts as soon as all necessary dues for request are meet. We shall grant him 3 months exit because of your genuine reason.
We really appreciate the service member's contribution and effort in Iraq towards better America, the FOB war eagle camp wishes him a happy vacational trip with you in the United States Defence section B of Decree 202 on absence from duty with voluntary permission from the service duty.
With this SF recommendation vacational decree you hereby have to pay the leave processing charges of 1650:00 (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY US DOLLARS)
Hence, you shall be given an authorization on Exit confirmation approval from the War/Duty/Zone.
However, US Army has restored peace in Iraq since the war in Iraq started through the contribution of the US Army, on this occasion we remember our fallen soldiers that have served well.

Write us as soon as possible when you are ready to make payments by wire transfer to our DIPLOMATS through any money transfer of your choice either WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER or MONEY GRAM MONEY TRANSFER. We shall grant your fiance exit immediately after the payment have been made.
