Welcome to Scamwarners.
It's a scam I'm afraid. Genuine businesses of the kind they claim to be have long established websites and don't use free email accounts such as live.com. It's a common scam nowadays, and you will be asked to pay fees before receiving the non-existent loan.
How did you hear of them? An email out of the blue?

As Arnold and Ralph have pointed out its a scam and real businesses don't use freemail accounts. Also another way of analyzing this email (as well as others) is to look at the sentence structure and syntax. A genuine business is not going to make grammatical errors - after all they want to look professional and present themselves as such.

Just looking at the first paragraph will be sufficient:

I've highlighted the areas where errors were made, and I'm going to leave it at that as I don't want to help the lads improve their script - its already fairly well written.

But the one big tip off is that @live.com address

Just focus on the fact that there is no money they are going to loan you. They just want to steal money that they will call 'fees' up front.

They'll virtually say yes to any proposition because they aren't going to be risking any money. Once you've paid that's the last you'll hear from them, unless they think they can sting you for more fees.

Whenever payment is requested by Western Union you're dealing with a scammer
