I am Raymond Suwaba writting regarding my Late client Mr.Frank.Holts,
who works here in Shell Oil company Lome-Togo in West Africa and died
21st April 2000 with his family in an automobile accident.

execute this claim with me because i tried everything possible to
locate any family member to help repartrating the fund he deposited
in (African Development Bank) Lome-Togo in West Africa valued at
USD$14 million;as they issued me official notice of 21days to provide
the next of kin to this said fund or this huge amount of money will be
confiscated and declare as unclaimed bill but later push into
governmental reserve account or share within the bank managements
since none appear as the claimant.

Secondly i urgently need these informations below from you,so that i
can file your name in the High Court of Jutsice and in the bank as the
next of kin to this claim because by law ;a next of kin can be your
friend,brother,sister,family member,relative,father,mother,church,even
orphanage home so long as the claimant have the evidence proofs of
this claim as the next of kin.
