This letter is to inform all bonafide contractors and inheritance
beneficiaries the right avenue to follow in seeking for the payment of
their outstanding contract/inheritance sums.


This action is the final resolution taken by United Nations in conjunction
with World Bank to clear up all outstanding debts owing by member
countries.


We have so far reconciled accounts and have paid over 62 beneficiaries who
have had various problems receiving their payments in the past.


We have been able to ascertain the cause of some of these delays which was
pointed to diversion of contract beneficiary funds by officials and their
cronies,payment agencies, fraudulent government officials, representatives
and banks that extort money wrongly from beneficiaries deliberately to
upset/frustrate them.


All these problems has been looked into and will be taken care of soon,
most beneficiaries whose records have been submitted to us have been paid
directly via KTT, swift transfer and International Certified Bank Draft.
Any contractor who is from India and wishes to be paid in his country
should also indicate while responding to us.


Do note that only those confirmed to be eligible contractors will be paid
and those found to be serious with their payment realization through the
right channel, so we urge you to produce all necessary details of your
contract entitlements to this office.


This office will not entertain any idle talk or statement from any
contractor, be mindful of the need for your urgent update to our office of
the development of your payment.
