In line with the Presidential order to revoke all outstanding Contract/Inheritance Payment on
paid, Because of the massive Fraud recorded in the Central Bank of Nigeria and some of the
Commercial Banks which an embargo has been placed on Foreign Contract Payment until further
notice.


In view of these, You are among the ten (10) shortlisted Contractor/Inheritance that is allowed to
receive their Payment through PLATINUM MASTER CARD(ATM)which will allow you to draw out money at
any ATM machine of your choice or through your bank. This decision was taken to guide against
another fraud in the Ministry .Therefore, You will be required to be in our office for the
collection of your Platinum Master Card by your good self or If there is any good reason why you
will not come by your self then a service of bankers courier service will be employed to have it
delivered to you at your address.
