To proceed, kindly provide me with your full name, address, telephone number and country of origin as it appears on any valid identification which you will later present to the finance company. This information would be submitted to the finance company, identifying you as the heir apparent to Daniel Jones. Once your information data is keyed into the database of the company, I will draft and send to you copy of ‘Power of Attorney’ for your endorsement/signing. This document will appoint/nominate me as your attorney so as to be able to legally represent you in all legal matters regarding the administration of the Funds and Estate belonging to Daniel Jones as his heir apparent.
I will then, present the Power of Attorney the High Court to secure a sworn ‘Court Affidavit’ in your favor which legally identify you as the heir apparent to the Funds of late Mr. Daniel Jones and also his beneficiary as drafted in the Estates Administration and Inheritance Act as amended in 1988 as a bylaw of Malaysia. With the sworn Court affidavit, you shall then apply to the finance company where the funds is presently deposited in a safe deposit box by my late client and after processing the necessary documents, then the company will transfer the funds your nominated account. I shall then join you in your country for my share as we would agree hereupon.
Finally, I propose an equal share of 50:50% (fifty percent for you and fifty percent for me) since we shall both contribute to achieving success of this transaction. I await your full name and address to enable me prepare and send you copy of ‘Power of Attorney'.
