It is a scam - no doubt about it! Even without the email headers, I can tell you that was not written by any US company.

If that is your real name, you should edit your post and remove it.

Never send money by Western Union/Moneygram.
Never give personal information.
Online anyone can claim to be anyone, any age and from anywhere.

From that information it certainly looks like a scam.

Payment by Western Union and the offer to apply for a visa on your behalf (which is not possible) mark it out as a scam.

This is from the UK site of the US Embassy and I have no doubt that their rules are the same worldwide

How do I apply for the visa?

Applicants aged 14 to 79 are required to appear in person before a U.S. consular officer. Applicants under the age of 14 and thosed aged 80 and over may be eligible to submit their application by courier. Information on applying for a B-1 visa is available by clicking on this link.

In addiiton to the documents required by B-1 visa applicants, you will also be required to furnish the original of a written contract signed and dated by both you and your employer which guarantees the minimum or prevailing wage, whichever is higher, for an eight hour workday, and any other benefits normally required for United States domestic workers in the area of employment. In the case of those who are accompanying U.S. citizens, the contract must also specify that the employer give at least two weeks notice of intent to terminate the employment and that the employee need not give more than two weeks notice of intent to leave such employment.

You cannot obtain a visa through someone else. You must apply yourself.

Non-EU citizens should go here to find out about obtaining a visa to work as an au pair in the UK

Whenever payment is requested by Western Union you're dealing with a scammer
