If you ever receive an email from a stranger mentioning the words "consignment", "diplomat" and refering to an amount of money in the millions, ignore it or delete it immediately. I guarantee that it will be a scam! The scammer using the name John Kaviva has only one intention; to steal money from unsuspecting victims in the form of fake legal/tax/transaction fees.
