The price for rent 1 month is Euro 3200 SEK (for the whole apartment) with no extra costs and the rent price includes:parking space, A/C, TV, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine.The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. As I said before I'm in Athens because I live and work here and I'm the only person who have the keys and all papers but I have a solution to solve this problem, so you can move in my apartment when you receive the keys.

The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and the contract to check it and see if you like it! In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safetly and fast so you will receive the keys and papers in less than 3 days.Regarding the monthly payments I want to receive them in my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you.No one could help me show you the apartment because I don't know the neighbors very well.
The solution I've chosen is provided by a well known company called DHL Express Services, they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone (for people who have work contracts abroad etc.), so they will handle both the delivery and payment issues.I will pay all the shipping taxes for the package.
I think you can understand me.. and finally I request for a 2 months deposit (1 month warranty+1 month of rent)!

Yes this is a typical rental scam. Basically they will tell you that DHL will be an escrow service. The scammer will tell you they are sending the package and DHL will release the package to you with the keys once you have made the deposit typically through Western Union. DHL does not offer escrow services they just ship things. There are no keys, no apartment for rent and the pictures they sent are just stollen from the Internet.

Can you please post the scammers email address also? This will help others avoid the scam. Also did they send you any websites?

Yeah I figured it out when I looked more closely at one photo of the balcony. Since I know the city district I could see that the photo wasn't taken where "she" claimed it was.

I was reply on same advertise as you did, this must be scam because its to good to be true. Yesterday i read that small apartments goes up in price in city fr 1.5-6 million, and this flat is located in an area that is high society and almost heart of the city. So rent it out for peanuts i don't believe can happen, if that place was mine i would sell it for 3 million at least...

one hr, mine came after 10 minutes ha ha fanny u said u live in the area, so 3200 sek/m for the rent, i think it would be half of Sweden students apply that one... but not so many are vice like us to have a feeling its smell fishy.

I wrote to the place i found this advertise to tell them to delete that advertise, its a scam for sure.

Well, there is a street in Sundbyberg called Sturegatan as well. This scammer obviously made a mistake and mixed those up. But that line wasn't in the ad I found.

Anyway, I'm glad I wasn't defrauded by this scam. Still sad though, since it's so freaking hard to find an apartment in Stockholm.

yeah unfortunly there is... that's the problem by living in the capital city, every soul from country side seek to live, study & work here... i could think about to move, i work from home and studing online but i have my kids here and friends but... if i must i must move away, maybe haparanda has availble apartments

Yes this is a scam!! The website http://www.express-TNT.eu/ was just created 2 days ago. It's a fake shipping site. I'll get it to our site killers to get it shut down. Thanks for posting!

As Justin said, it is a scam. The email written in Swedish is done with an online translater, the scammer can't write one single word in Swedish. It is the classical rental scam where the scammer is asking you to pay for the shipping of the non existent keys.

Here's another scam. Probably it's the same scammer as before since this email is very alike to the last one I recieved. Just want to warn others. The email address is: [email protected].
