Scammer in brief:
Miss Mai Palma, 36 years old woman from Metro Manila, Philippines, who have three children. The wife of Mr. Botin Epa Palma, the Mayor of Rizal in Cagayan Province who was killed by gunmen in Philippines (December 4, 2009). Husband had given her $5.2 million US dollars and asked to deposit the funds in the security company abroad, which she did the security company (SDSC) in Cote D'Ivoire. The government has frozen her and her husband's bank accounts. Killed husband's brothers have captured all the property and they have been locked her in the room, she have just a computer and Internet access. Because the deposit certificate states that the beneficiary is a foreign partner she don't have access of funds and needs of foreign assistant to prepare a claim for the security company and act as the beneficiary on her behalf. Then, a metal box containing $5.2 million US dollars in cash should send to the assistant by diplomatic courier. The funds should be invested in lucrative business. She should re-locate to live over to an assistant with her children.
