The victim is a 54 year old Ukrainian lady living in Egypt. This scam has all the usual elements of problems with delivery demanding further payments from the victim. We are advising her and ensuring her well being. Note that all along the scammer impersonates various people who ensure emails are going to and fro to keep the scam flowing properly and ensure as much money as possible is stolen from the victim. You have a classic 419 fraud illustrated here but thankfully we have matters in hand. Not one single document, card, parcel or person is real and the whole matter is totally false and the invention of a lying Nigerian criminal and scammer.
The bank account mentioned is with Alan for deletion.

To our last conversation on the phone this morning Mr Richard, i am deeply sorry because it is never my fault, As i have told you the card is still at the Security office in Cotonou international airport, Republic of Benin, they were stopped by the custom security because they were asked to present the paper documents by the courier service, thank God we have already two of the paper document they want and then we can find a way to know how to get the other two,i spoke to them this afternoon and they said it will be good if the card bearer should come down to their office and i don't think that is good because it will cost expenses at this time.
Let me tell you Mr Richard it is not my fault as i have said before i made all necessary information to courier company with the address too and they said when they have to ship and deliver, they will have to fly pass through some nearby countries for scanning process before getting to Egypt same thing will also occur when they get to Egypt airport because it will be scanned there too. i am sorry for what this must have caused to you but you and your wife need to act fast so nothing happens.
I will be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible today.
