My name is Barrister mark Obigwe, I am legal representative to late
Engr.Prakish who work as oil refinery service contractor with AJIP OIL
COMPANY here in Nigeria. I knew Engr.Prakish the day I secured his
working permit with AJIP Oil Company. Eventually we become friendly
because he confided in me. He told me everything about his service
with Oil Company here in Nigeria and little more about his family.
He assumed any of his family member as his next of kin just in case
anything happens to him due to constant militant attack and kidnapping
here in Nigeria. Unfortunately, the tragedy made known to me on 24th
July 2010. I am sorry; Mr. Prakis could not make it after the fatal
fire accident that exploded on the rig which also took the life of one
Indian and a Pakistani contractors.
However, on the first of July 2011, the NICON insurance where he
insured life notified me that they have remitted total sum of two
million dollars to his account where he operates saves with an
existing sum of Nine hundred and fifty-four thousand dollars only.
Providentially, the bank manger has issued letter to me to locate any
of his family member for immediate release of the entire funds as
their legacy.
I have searched for his distance relation to no avail,until I found
you with same surname. As the personal lawyer to Engr. Prakish,I will
do my best to assist your family to claim the fund as next of kin once
