question.. if the website contains malware?

apparently this place that i'm looking to rent an apartment from has a "faulty" website according to our dear experts at google..

then is it a scam or a real site that just got maligned by google?

what if the site uses google payment and/or paypal?
I tend to trust paypal quite a bit.. and now the website is down...

Scammers will sometimes tell you that they use paypal then send emails from an email address pretending to be paypal themselves.

Others may have a problem with paypal and ask if you will take a cheque on this occasion.

Please, be suspicious and check out each and every online transaction.
