My name is Johnson Kojo Bangura and I am 28 years of age. I presently live in Accra-Ghana as a refugee. I am originally from Sierra Leone, a neighboring country but relocated to Ghana during the rebel war in my country that took the lives of so many people..

MY PROPOSAL:
1) I inherited $12.7 million USD from my late father which I have decided to transfer to your country for investment purpose. The money was deposited in a security company here in Ghana, but I have been able to pay for the safe keeping demurrage and other charges and the consignment has been moved to a SHIPPING COMPANY in Ghana ready for shipment to the country of my choice.

2) The shipping company is demanding for an International Transfer Clearance Certificate which must be procured from the Federal Investigation and Intelligent Bureau in Ghana(FIIB) before they can be allowed to ship the consignment to your country.

3) Everything about the shipment is set, except for the International Transfer Clearance Certificate as mentioned above. When we process the certificate, the shipment of the consignment to your country will be uninterrupted and no authority in your country will have the right to question the source of the money.

4) The reason I am contacting you is to seek your assistance to pay for the cost of the clearance certificate since I am exhausted financially. I have spent all the money with me to pay for other charges, but the only thing left now is the clearance certificate.

5) If you are interested in helping me and partnering with me, I am willing to give you 30% of the total money when the shipping company delivers the consignment to you. When the arrangement is concluded and the shipment is carried out, you will be given the shipment tracking number to monitor the shipment to your country.

6) Please, note that I will process a Power of Attorney from the High Court in Ghana which will give you the legal right to receive the money on my behalf. Everything will be done legally, so you have no cause the worry or to be scared.

If you are willing to help me pay for the clearance certificate, please do get back to me quickly and I will forward to you the contact of the government Agency(FIIB) where you will contact for the payment advise.
