Hi! this morning I recived this message from MARK STANCER...he could be a scam?
Thanks! Ale91

Dear au pair,
We are looking for a lovely, confident, friendly, au pair to join our family. My name is Mark Stancer and I am an engineer. My wife is a teacher . We live in a small town called Dorchester in the south of England, very close to the countryside and the beach.
We have had one au pairs over the past two years and they were both happy here. !
Aislin, our daughter is . 6 She is musical and sporty. She walks to school every day. Matthew is 8. He is a quiet boy but very chatty once he gets to know someone. He loves computer, Lego and knights.
Our house is 4 bedroomed detached house with garden in a very nice road, a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Our au pair will have use of a bike whenever she wants and will have use of the car during the day to drop Matthew in school and pick him up in the afternoon.
Aislin loves singing, playing ukelele, drums and guitar with her friends. Brian loves running (he runs marathons every year). Matthew and Aislin are both quite arty and love making things and painting.
we need someone CONFIDENT and NOT SHY... !we want our au pair to have the confidence to take the initiative with activities for the children, encouraging them to do things instead of watching television or playing on the computer!

We are going to be paying you 600pounds every month and a pocket money of 50 pounds per week. We would like our au pair to be up in the morning before 7.15 when I leave the house. You will then look after the children until 8.30 when Aislin leaves the house and then drive Matthew to school on the other side of town. We do have a new puppy so it would be great to find an au pair willing to play with him and take him out or to the garden several times a day for his toilet. During the day, your time is mainly your own but I will expect around one hour of light housework each day including hoovering, dusting and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.
At 3.30, Matthew needs picking up from school and then come home to be there when Aislin walks home. I arrive home before 6pm when you can then eat with us or go out, your evening is your own.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best Regard

Mark stancer

There are a number of things that jump out at me that are blaring errors in the above email, but I'm not going to list them here as I don't want to alert the scammer and help him improve his script.

The one thing that I will point out that for me stands out for it being a scam is the money offered - it bears no comparison to the real amounts of money that an au pair in the UK can earn.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
