iKobo are a genuine company, but this is not a genuine email from them. It was sent, instead, by a scammer in Nigeria, who hopes that you will believe it, and send him the $130 he asks for. Please don't reply to an email like this - you will not receive any 'grant' of millions of dollars. The scammer has nothing to send you; he will just take your money.
