DOCUMENTATION:
Seller shall advise the buyer by fax, e-mail ,written official document or handed to Buyer or his Authorized representative or any other reliable and agreed communication means of the followings details of documentation after Buyer have pay 20% of the cost of it's demand to obtain the below documentation to enable it's demand to be shipped to it's destination.
1.1 Certificate of origin
1.2 Certificate of ownership
1.3 Certificate of non criminal origin and that the gold is free of all encumbrances
1.4 Customs declaration.
1.5 Customs declaration and description of boxes quantity, weight list describing each shipment transitions.
1.6 Export Company Declaration that all charges, Vat and any other duties have been paid in full.
1.8 Certificate of Assay Report issued by Government Recognize laboratory i.e. Geological Survey Department of Ghana.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS
Buyer pay 20% of the cost of it demand to obtain the above documentation/VAT to enable it demand to be shipped to it
destination/refinery.
After all government taxes and documents is obtained, representative from Seller and buyer Company will depart the same day with the samefreight with the goods to Buyer refinery / destination. After final assay report from buyer refinery, within 48hours, Buyer have to paySeller remain balance to it account.
We shall consider it a privilege entering into a long and lasting business relationship to be supplying 20 kilos bi monthly for 1 yearrenewable.
