The opening line of this scam email is very common, so common that we can identify this as a scam based on that alone

Take a look at this search result Click here near enough to 450,000 hits on a regular search

Picking another line from the email, "certified international bank cheque for you with my secretary" a search on that exact phrase reveals 90 exact hits, all scam related Click Here
