Dear Sir/Madam,

Subsequent to the outcome of the amalgamated bank meeting held on Saturday the 9th day of June 2012 at the SHERATON HOTELS ABUJA. Entitled, ‘’ Implementation of All Due Foreign Outstanding Payments’’. However, we the Foreign Payment Management Department of Central Bank of Nigeria, were at the end of the meeting being mandated by the office of the Presidency to make sure that beneficiaries whose files were brought to the meeting venue by their local representatives received their approved part payment of One Million Dollars on or before 1st week of July 2012.

However, Following the instruction from the office of the Presidency to the local representatives before the meeting commenced, we, the Foreign Payment Management Department of Central Bank of Nigeria hereby wishes to inform you that all the foreign outstanding payment files in London and in Africa at large has been forwarded to our department (Foreign Payment Management Department of Central Bank of Nigeria) for final payment as programmed. Therefore, you are respectfully advised to reconfirm the following information to this department for the confirmation of your payment to enable us proceeds to serve you better.

On the other hand, we are very much aware that meeting of this kind usually come up from time to time and it is always instigated by the Presidency for the reason that reports have been forwarded to the office of the Presidency by some clients in all probability complaining of the conduct of the local banks conceivably in one or two transactions they had with their local bank which did not turn out to their expectation, perhaps, in the manner they were being treated or so and whenever such meeting is called, every local representatives in Africa and London is mandated to honor the meeting with every foreign payment file in their possession for examination by the office of the Presidency and at the end of each meeting, the office of the Presidency will appoint one of the local representative to take up the Assignment and make sure the affected beneficiaries receive whatever payment approved in their favor on or before the expiration of the date given else the payment will be cancele

However, the fundamental nature of the meeting and the development thereafter is to reinstate trust in the heart of our esteemed clients/customer outside the country because togetherness we deliver superior value to our customers by reinstating our service standard.
