We are consultants for the SANPPA, a South African Government Agency for Distribution of petroleum products (Diesel, Gasoline, Aviation fuel etc.). We are presently working to re-allocate a license for sale and distribution of Diesel. We are looking for a company that we can work together with on this venture. The present license holder defaulted on the license agreement. Therefore my people at the SANPPA have decided to revoke his license and reissue to another firm referred to them by us. The license has an import capacity of 1,000,000 Metric Tons of Diesel per month for duration of 3 years (36 months).
The SANPPA will pay a commission of US$2.50 per Metric Ton to the license holder for every Metric Ton sold from the license. This amount is to be shared between us, and the license holder. We are to get US$0.50 per Metric Ton for our consultancy services while the license holder takes US$2.00 per Metric Ton.
This amounts to US$500,000 to us monthly and US$2,000,000 to the license holder. The products will be coming from refineries in Venezuela in accordance with the South African-Venezuelan Bi-Lateral Trade agreement. The role of the license holder/operator will be to lift these products from Venezuela for sale/distribution in South Africa and other countries on buyer's request. We as your consultants will guide you through the sales/distribution process, ensure that buyers are sourced for Purchase of each monthly allocation and commissions are paid out by the SANPPA on a timely basis.
