AS A RESULT,EVERY PAYMENT WITH EFFECT FROM 1TH JANUARY 2008,ALL YOUR PAYMENT FILE IS NOW REFERRED TO THE ECOWAS PAYMENT & SUPERVISORY COUNCIL,
