I will inform you about how this service works. As I said before, you will need to deposit into RealEstate Company bank account the money for 2 months (1 month warranty+1 month of rent= 800 EURO), so they can proceed with the shipping and you will receive the keys and the contract.

I will explain you step by step how RealEstate Company service works:

- To start the transaction I will need your shipping details(name,address etc.) so I can go to the RealEstate Company office and make all the legal arrangements .
- RealEstate Companys will check the envelope and if everything is in order they will send you a payment invoice to let you know they have the package in their custody.
- After you will receive the payment invoice, you will need to make the money transfer in their bank account.
- After the transfer is checked, you will receive the package in 2-3 days at your address. Then,you will go together with the their agent to see the apartment and you will have a period of 24 hours to decide if you keep it or not.

If you don't like the apartment by any plausible reasons, the agent will give you the money back or send it to your account, and you will send them the package back to return me on my expense.
All this time the company will keep the money in holding, I will receive it only after the contract is signed!

If you agree then, you need to send me your full name and address so I will be able to make all the arrangements with the RealEstate Company.

Hi Libby,

Ok, let me know what more details you want to know about me. i can move in the apartment on 1 september. The deposit is no problem the only thing is i still have to pay my last month rent here. That is why i can pay you the deposit and rent on 25 august.

So if i'm correct and all goes well, i have to pay 1200 euro's (1st month rent and 2 months deposit) on 25 August. Is this correct?

The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and the contract to check it and see if you like it. In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast so you will receive the keys in less than 3 days. No one could help me show the apartment because I don't know the neighbours very well..
The solution I've chosen is provided by a company called RealEstate Company (http://real-estate-company.co.cc/); they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc., so they will take care both the delivery and payment issues. I will support all the shipping taxes for the package.

Regarding the monthly payments I want to receive them in my bank account from London so I hope it will be no problem for you.

Thank you for your response. I'm very interested in the apartment. in september i will  have to leave my house due to a broken relationship. So I really like to rent a nice, affordable and save apartment with no rush to find a permanent home (so if possible... 4 years would be fine by me)

So i hope it's no problem for you to keep the apartment till september for me... How does it work, is it possible to see the apartment? The pictures look fine... can i bring some of my own stuff? (small furniture). Do you want to meet me first? ( Skype maybe?) 
Do  you have an agreement for me to sign?

Hi Jennifer,

if all you have provided is your name, address and date of birth (and email address of course), there is not so much to worry about. The most likely outcomes are that (a) this scammer will continue to press you to try and continue this fraudulent real estate deal, and (b) that you may be contacted with other scam offers.

Regarding (a) it's essential that you stop responding to them right away and do not be tempted back into replying. Just tell them you are no longer interested and ignore anything else they send.
And regarding (b), please keep a very suspicious eye on any unsolicited emails you receive about property/accommodation (they may try a different angle to draw you back in). If so, please feel free to post them here.

Don't panic Jennifer. The tricksters ask for the information to expedite and make proceedings sound more believable. This avoids suspicion by the target in many instances. It is unlikely the scammer will use any of your info in an untoward manner. Be wary of other scammers contacting you in the next few weeks, as they have your email address. Following on from the comments of Gus, if the thief has your bank/credit card details, simply advise your bank of what has transpired. They will give the best course of action.
I too have given all my details to a scammer several years ago and nothing untoward happened. If you keep a lid on it, you should be alright.

Could you post the full headers of the email you got (Received, X-Originating-IP, etc.)? I'm going to report the website for fraud, and if the headers show that the email originated outside Europe, that would be more ammunition to shoot it down.
