Here gullible victims would be alterted by the title (suggesting you already received a first letter).
No name of "the deceased" is mentionned, so that the format from the scammer will match your name once you'll have replied.
Used phone number is +44 70..., which is a UK redirect number. It means the owner can be anywhere in the World and pretend to be in UK.
