Good day,
I come to you with great honour and respect as I plead for your permission and consent to introduce myself to you and by the Special Grace of Almighty God who gave me the opportunity to contact you this day.
First, I'm soliciting your utmost confidentiality in this Transaction.
I am Barrister Kobison Evans Esq. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), the attorney to Late Mr. Zhai Shuta and his partner Wang Yu; Asians and contractors with an oil company giant Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Warri Nigeria.
On the 3rd of June 2012, my client, was involved in a plane crash that was traveling from Abuja the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to Lagos. The aircraft (5A-ONG) was on a scheduled flight from Abuja (FCT) to Lagos with 153 passengers and 6 crew on board. Out Of the 153 passengers, all occupants of the plane unfortunately lost their lives. Since then I have made several inquiries to your Embassy to locate any of my client’s extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful as the Government of Nigeria want any of his relatives to come as his Next of Kin to claim the balance of his contract sum valued US$135.9M. As his lawyer with almost all his documents, the Government of Nigeria has asked me to provide his Next of Kin to claim the money since my client died in the plane crash where he wanted to sign for the release of his contract sum.
After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to trace his relatives over the internet, to locate any member of his family but to no avail, hence I contacted you. I have contacted you to assist me in repatriating the money left behind by my late client before they got confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Government of Nigeria or the management of the bank where these huge deposits were lodged.
Particularly, Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over nine (9) days now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased so that the proceeds of this account valued at US$135.9M can be paid to you as his Next of Kin and then you and I can share the money; 55% to me and 35% to you, while 10% should be for expenses or tax as your government may require.
I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any claim we may make, all I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see this transaction through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.
Please get in touch with me first by my secured and confidential email Address: [email protected] immediately you acknowledge the good receipt of this message.
