The scammer has used the "invite" option on http://www.kodakgallery.ca to send this scam. It's a very popular format that has been going for many decades, in print and electronic form. "Jeffery Paul" doesn't have $2.5M. What he does have is a plan to steal money from any person unfortunate enough to believe his phony story.
