So based on this report the Reserve Bank of the United States of America, the Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit in Zurich has instructed and approved, that due to this incessant reports from some Foreign Beneficiaries who has in one way or the other been involved for over delayed of their Funds benefit payments, related to the followings below…

1, LOTTO WINNINGS
2, NEXT OF KIN INHERITANCE PAYMENTS
3, ATM CARD PAYMENTS.
4, CONTRACT PAYMENTS ETC…..

To that effect, the Bankers Bank of Africa under the supervision of Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, former Director World Bank, now honorable Minister For Finance, Federal Republic of Nigeria has been under high powered authority by the above mentioned Institutions ordered the Bankers Bank of Africa to approve and effect all payments on any of the above related payment receipt to the concerned foreign beneficiaries with immediate effect.

As a matter of fact, your name/email appeared in the Central Computer Payment Database
Among the list of unpaid inheritance beneficiaries. next of kin, lottery winning and scam victims compensation from the Nigerian Government who are due for immediate release and payment of their contract funds, through the Reserve Bank America, Bankers Bank of Switzerland and World Bank Unit Zurich Approved Bank which will be disclosed to you upon receipt of your response.

Now be informed that your inheritance funds benefit (Usd10.5M) which was valid and maintained by the Nigerian Apex Bank (Central Bank of Nigeria) where as discovered from the Central Computer Database is originated has now been finally Re-Approved by the Reserve Bank of America, Bankers Bank Switzerland and the World Bank Unit Zurich for immediate release and payment to your Designated Account. To that effect all legal documents that will authorize your payment have been Re-Approved and submitted by the above mentioned institution to the Approved Reserve Bank of America, Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit Zurich on the 15th August 2012.

Now to avoid your undue fraud and further unnecessary delay, the Reserve Bank of America. Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit Zurich resolved in their meeting held on the 30th of July 2012, that all payments shall be effected only through the Reserve Bank of America, Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit Zurich Approved Affiliate Bank’s. This was made available to stop further undue fraud by some corrupt African Bank/Government officials who has vested interest in delaying foreign beneficiaries payment, regards to their selfish interest trying to divert these funds into their own private Accounts, according to the report gathered from office of the Paymaster-General Federal Republic of Nigeria.

So regards to the above reasons the Nigerian Bankers Bank in conjunction with the Reserve Bank of America, the Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit in Zurich agreed that beneficiaries concerned shall receive their payment through any of the Approved Bank’s by the Reserve Bank of America, Bankers Bank of Switzerland and the World Bank Unit Zurich. In this regards and to avoid further delay of payments, all beneficiaries are instructed to complete with immediate effect in block letters these following indices for onward preparation crediting of their funds to their various Designated Accounts.
