It is with profound respect and humble submission, I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration. I'm Moatasim Abdul Fattah 16yrs old, my late father Abdel Fattah Younes who is the former interior minister Libya, who was killed by the rebel side following the political uprising in my country.
