This scammer has invented a story that he hopes will touch your heart: murdered parents, escape from war, wanting to continue his studies - and, as an added bonus, a large sum of money for you.
It is not true. The scammer will also invent some fees that need to be paid before his inherited wealth can be released from the bank, and he will ask you to pay them.
But he has no wealth in the bank. He has created this story in the hope of receiving your money. He is not the orphaned refugee that he pretends to be. And he is certainly not a multiple-millionaire. It is a scam.
