Miss. Mercy Diane, 25 4ears old woman from the Cote D'Ivoire, parents was killed by the rebels during a civil war. Found her way to the UN refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. Late father (Dr. Banabas Diane) left an inheritance $6.5 million US dollars, deposited in English bank and Miss. Mercy is the next of kin. Due a number of reasons she don't have access of the funds, mainly according to the financial governing laws of Senegal, people under refugees are not allow to participate personal into any monetary transaction or to operate an account international or locally and she needs of foreign assistant to prepare a claim for the bank and act as the beneficiary on her behalf.
