The subject title is presumably to get past the spam filters. The scammer is using a network to send out his emails so he can't be traced but i'm pretty sure he's from Africa. This scam email is not only to scam the target out of their money but allso an attempt to get an invitation letter which the scammer needs to obtain a visa to travel to Europe or America.
