This scam email will follow a fairly standard script, the scammer wants you to distribute millions of dallars as you see fit, the catch is that before you receive the money you will be required to pay fees, in fact the fees will never stop coming and the money you have been promised will never arrive as it does not exist.
This particular scam however is a little different, the scammers will target individuals names and email addresses rather than just send random emails as most scammers do.
Regardless of the email being attentioned to the potential victim, the outcome will be the same, it's a scammer, and the only reason he has contacted you is to steal your money.
