I am Felix Harve, the bill and exchange manager in the foreign department of the Bank of Africa. The sum of the fund is US$12.4M, since no body is coming as his relative, I decided to contact you for a deal so that we can work together as a team to remit the money to your account as next of kin since I do not want to see the funds called back to the bank treasury as an unclaimed bill.
