Miss. Favour Wali, 24 years old woman from the Cote D'Ivoire, parents was killed by the rebels during a civil war. Found her way to the refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. Late father (Dr. Morris Wali) left an inheritance $5.5 million US dollars, deposited in Scottish bank and Miss. Favour is the next of kin. Due a number of reasons she don't have access of the funds, mainly according to the financial governing laws of Senegal, people under refugees are not allow to participate personal into any monetary transaction or to operate an account international or locally. She needs the foreign trustee/investor, who will claim for the deposited funds on her behalf. The funds would be transferred to the trustee/investor's account and invested on the lucrative business. Trustee/investor's commission and allowance would be 20%. Sequel to your e-mail, i am replying you with the requirements for the said power of attorney. Which you wrote about the issuing to you an authorization letter that will enable you stand on Miss Favour Wali's behalf to transfer her money from Standard Life Bank of Scotland to your account in your country or else where because of her refugee status. Prior to my inquiries from the bank and Federal high court, I understand from the bank that there are three documents required by them before they transfer the money to you.
1.A copy of Death certificate of Dr. Morris Wali
2.A copy of His Statement of account. (which are available)
It is now remaining one document. Which is the power of attorney, which will enable the Bank to deal with you on behalf of your partner.
