Yes, that is another scam, as you have pointed out there is an obvious red flag that may alert others.

When you do notice mistakes like that in theemails of scammer, it is best not to point them out to the scammer, in fact, once you suspect its a scam you are best to simply stop communicating, they will go away after a short while.
