I am Dr. Abdel-Fatau Musah Director of Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) Contract Payment Unit Ghana. I write to seek your attention to move the sum of US$27,530,000.00 that is in a Ecowas Contract Payment Unit (ECPU) Ghana. This is amount is as a result of over inflated contract amount and I need your help to move the fund out of the account since there's no beneficiary name hold to the account.
