Hi Keith and welcome to Scamwarners.
I'm sure it's a scam, but can you quote the email, less your email address. I imagine that it says that they have difficulty getting payment from foreign customers, and are offering you a percentage for banking cheques and sending 80% to them via Western Union or Moneygram. The scammer will be using a free address such as Gmail of Yahoo, and merely claiming to be the genuine business you mention.
Such jobs don't exist. We live in a global economy where businesses have no trouble being paid by foreign customers.

Hi coloquil and welcome

As arnold said, there is no doubt that it is a scam and I am glad you had the good sense to ask us.

You may be able to prevent somebody else from falling for it simply by posting the emails here for potential victims to find.

Email address used by these scammers: [email protected]

Search is not revealing anything of interest.

Websites are definately not my specialty but I will see how i go.

The website domain appears to be a free domain provided by MFG.com
The knit-mfg.com website is that of at best a very cheap company.

These contact details are from what is possibly the real company

Company Name: Knit Textiles Mfg. Sdn. Bhd.
Street Address: 30, Batu 2, Jalan Kluang
City: Batu Pahat
Province/State: Johor
Country/Region: Malaysia
Zip: 83000
Telephone: 60-7-4319305
Fax: 60-7-4312000
Website: http://www.knit.com.my

Notice the web address is different to the email address
