Miss. Enis Allen, 25 years old woman from the Liberia, parents was killed by rebels during the civil war. Fled the country and found her way to the refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. The late father (Dr. Dominic Allen) had been a substantial bank deposit ($4.6 million US dollars) with the Scottish bank. Miss. Enis is the bank deposit's designated the next of kin (beneficiary).
