2 signs of a scam in this email are the email address you are supposed to reply to and the 4470 phone number used.

No bank will ever email you out of teh blue like this
They would never ask you to reply to them with anything but an official web email address
They would never use a free UK redirect phone service, 4470 numbers are a free service widely used by scammers to make it appear they are in the UK, these numbers can be set up by anybody from anywhere in the world, calls to these numbers are redirected to any phone number the owner desires from anywhere in the world
