I am very sorry for have given you much problem concerning my condition, i have seen the response you received from the bank, i thank God that the bank replied your mail and i have seen what the bank is requesting from you before the can transfer the fund to your account over there in your country.
I thank God i have two of the documents the bank demanded, i have my late father's death certificate and the deposit certificate of the fund in London bank. My dear, what i do not have is the power of attorney and affidavit of oath requested by the bank, to empower the bank to transfer the fund to you. The bank said that you are to contact a lawyer here in Senegal to prepare the document in your name and address as an appointed changing ownership of the fund in their bank. The late father (Prof. Fednand Daranda) had been a substantial bank deposit ($5.3 million US dollars) with the English. Miss. Miracle is the bank deposit's designated the next of kin (beneficiary). However, she can't withdraw the money from her late father's bank account. The financial governing laws of the Senegal states, the persons with the refugee status are not allowed to participate personally into any monetary transaction or to operate with a bank account overseas or locally. My dear, what i do not have is the power of attorney and affidavit of oath requested by the bank, to empower the bank to transfer the fund to you.
