Sequel to my telephone discussion with the President yesterday ,I was invited to the office of the Presidency with some top Government officials of the Foreign contract payment committee to tender a report of any contractor whose contract / Inheritance fund payment has not being paid .
I let the committee know that you as a contractor has not received your due Inheritance fund payment over years ago ,as I the Governor central bank of Nigeria Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi Told the committee even mentioned your full name and contact details to the board that your payment on hold is base on the result that you have not complied with the bank method of payment by the instruction given from the presidency that every approved contractor/Inheritance beneficiary must obtain a deduction certificate to enable the central bank release your payment without ask for any charges or fee .
In the present of the contract/Inheritance payment committee officials,I promise that you are going to apply and to pay the required fee of $1,500, only to get the Original deduction certificate from the appropriate office of the Governor of central bank of Nigeria .
Sir, do not let me down, I have being given this opportunity and benefit of doubt to prove you a genuine contractor/beneficiary whose contract was awarded by the Nigeria Petroleum corporation NNPC to claim the approved contract amount of $10.5 Million United States Dollars through the central bank of Nigeria.
I am hereby appealing to you to forget your past experience which you have may encounter before;now because of my personality in the society at large and the committee backing me on your behalf am assuring you that everything will be settle this time immediately you comply and send the fee of $1,500,only.to secure&obtain the Certificate on your behalf ,I will directly handle the release of the certificate in my office central bank of Nigeria then forward /submit your certificate to the Presidency office contract payment committee after their confirmation ,I will immediately transfer your fund into your account without any delay and without asking for any charges/fee.
finally hasten up for us to conclude; your matter will be treated as fast as possible.
The office of the presidency Foreign contract payment committee gave two options method of payment :
1, To receive your payment here through the office of the Governor.
2, you can receive your payment through foreign Reserve Firm in London.
Kindly call me ,for the receivers name who will receive the required amount $1,500,only through western union money transfer for the certificate which office of the Presidency assigned me the Governor to handle issue everything in my office.
