Hey there just to post a note of 2 scammers me and my girlfriend researched and found!!
Names are:
Mark Geier ([email protected])
John James ([email protected])

Luckily we heard about some scams and girlfriend did some research and proved that these guys victimise sellers. They both claim to be from america.
John James was a tough one to find but we found that he had tricked a polish guy and was in with the NIGERIA scams!!
Mark Geier is a well known one!

Please its simple just do your research and make sure they are clean!! Google their email address!!

Welcome, Lordjoe1987 & thanks for your post. :)

You (& your girlfriend) have now saved someone from being scammed by listing their email addies as search engines will lead people here. :=)

Could you please post some details of the actual scam these people are running & any other details you may have on them (phone numbers etc)?

The first on your list is an ebay type scammer, below are some comments I have found on the net;

Received email from "Mark Geier [[email protected]]", on 2/10/2010, who wanted to buy my boat "off ebay." This is his email: "Thanks for the response,i am glad you want to...

Also had an email from [email protected], this guy seems really shady, wanted to buy my car on ebay, didn't even attempt to negotiate, offered more than it was worth.

I had an email from [email protected] also wanting to buy my car. Total scammer, beware!

same thing here, wanted to buy my car from ebay. email came from [email protected]

Q: Am looking to buy this for AU $5000 off eBay,payment would be through PayPal and would be picking this up from you location,if you are interested in selling this to me,please email me @ [email protected] or leave an email... Continue reading
A: Is this fair dinkum ? Why would you ship a trailer from Melbourne, Australia to Texas, USA !It doesn't sound right.

from what I c an gather he will tell you he will pay by paypal, soon after you will receive another email from teh same person, this time pretending to be from paypal and telling you that you need to pay the courier company before the payment will be released to your account.

We have another example of a similiar scam posted here http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewto ... f=6&t=5879

The second email address on your list comes up here;

Q: Hello, Would you accept 350.00 GBP shipping cost via Royal Mail Next Delivery to London.Send me the a PayPal Money Request of the item to [email protected] if you accept my offer.
A: nope. click buy now if you want the item mate. thanks.

There were also 2 other similiar search results, based on that i am comfortable to say it was going to go teh same way.

The thing that is a little different here is that the scammer in both cases is actually posting the questions on the ebay site
