This is a scam. There is an American company with a similar (though not identical) name, but the address given in this email is the address of an ordinary residential house, not the address of an oil company. The telephone numbers included in this mail are +44 70 UK Redirect telephone numbers, which will redirect all calls to the scammer's mobile phone in whichever country he is really located. A genuine telephone number in Purfleet, Essex, UK would begin +44 17.
