What keeps me interested is the paypal payment method, because this is the first AD i found that uses paypal. All the numerous other ADs use Money Order (Western Union/Money Union) which are most likely scams.
Is there a way to scam me through paypal?
What doesn't add up is the EURO currency. Not too sure about the telephone numbers, someone help me point that one out.

The "UK" telephone number is a redirect number that only appears to be in the UK. It is actually a number that the owner programs to redirect to their personal phone (in this case, most likely a cell in Malaysia).

If they really had a UK office, they would have real UK phone number. If they were a real company, it is hihgly unlikely that their primary email address is a free one...

As far as PayPal goes, they might eliminate that as an option at purchase time as many scammers have done, or they might just set up paypal accounts, hit as many victims as they can, then withdraw the money before Paypal freezes the account based on scam reports.

The first thing that makes me believe it's a scam is :

+4470xxxx are 'redirect to anywhere' numbers - used a lot by scammers to add 'authenticity' to their clam of being in the UK.

A Google search of that address shows it to be the registered address of Chevron & Texaco Oil
(among other legitimate companies) but has been used in scams before.

+60146217903/+60162402273 are Malaysian mobile numbers (Original network provider DiGi Telecom)

Surely a legitimate business would have a landline number....?

It could be a fraudulently set-up Paypal account or be using the account of a 'mule' to receive the funds then send them on to the scammer by WU etc. There are many such possibilities.

It, therefore, certainly is a scam!

Paypal does have the buyer protection policy. I have not used it myself, but I have heard that it takes a long time, and can take a lot of jumping through hoops, and sometimes a whole lot of pushing on the buyer's part to get money back in many situations.

The only thing i really find strange is the payment options, paypal 11-20 units, whereas western union is 1-10 units (fishy). Not too sure about the other details.

When i started reading the first bit of that email i had a deja vu, i've read it before here on SW. Then the telephone number which is on the website and in the email and begins with +44 704 which is a redirect number and could be directing a call to anywhere on the world. The website is brandnew and registered for only one year. A legitimate company would have registered the domain for a longer period. And why is this Mark Collins using a free hotmail account instead of an email address with the companies domain to send you an email?
I wouldn't buy anything from them.

Yep, another sign of a scammer is the fact that they can't remember which country they are supposed to be in! As you pointed out, they claim to be in UK, but list shipping in American currency, which makes no sense.

I am assuming that the 4 on your list are all clones?

It's a scam. That is a fake paypal email. The writing tells me it was written by an African scammer, which is not surprising because this particular scam format is often carried out by African scammers.

No money has been sent, and the scammer has no intention of sending any money. The scammer will try to harass and threaten you into sending your item. He may even claim that he has contacted the FBI, and he may even send you fake letters posing as the FBI. All of those things are just other attempts to steal what you were selling. You have done nothing wrong, and under no circumstances should you send anything.
