Nurse Edith Steve flies in formation with "Mr Simon Dornoo, Managing Director of the Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd". The scammers are using the real Mr Simon Dornoo's name and the legitimate website of the GCB.
Nurse Edith Steve claims to be working at the (real) Korle Bu Teaching Hospital but she doesn't.

The scam becomes obvious when the advance fee has to be paid and they insist on Western Union. The recipient of the money is a third person appearing out of nowhere as they cannot pick the cash with the fake "Mr Simon Dornoo" identity.

Both scammers work with heavily scripted formats as they both speak English very poorly.
