A while back, I was on a certain website, and started talking with someone who claimed they would give me a show via webcam if I signed up on certain other websites. I did so  but when I continued talking with them, they said they didn't have a webcam, they were just trying to get money in order to go home to the states from the Philippines. As I continued talking to her, I noticed several inconsistencies in her story, but kept talking just in case it was real. However, when I suggested various ways to confirm she was actually in the Philippines, she would come up with various reasons why she couldn't, or just called me an idiot. Anyway, she called herself Chelle Smith, and was using the email address [email protected]. She also used another email address, but I deleted it a while ago and don't remember what it was.

After seeing the Yahoo avatar I am unsure if this is a scam or just a liar. Regardless, anyone really stuck in a foreign country can go to US Embassy for assistance. It looks to me as if this is a person promoting porn or webcam chat which earns money. I would guess it is a Filipino prostitute but without you adding email header it is impossible to say. Another thing to add is that by going to dubious websites you do not know what is likely to be added to your computer such as malware and key loggers and a whole list of other nasties you won't see at all.
