This is a scam. There is a genuine Chase Farm Hospital, but it certainly does not have a telephone number beginning +44 70. All numbers beginning +44 70 are Redirect numbers, and will redirect the calls to a mobile phone elsewhere in the world - this one probably directs to the scammer's own phone in Nigeria, where this scam mail was sent from.
The scammer (who is extremely likely to be male, not female) is not in hospital in London and does not have $10 million to donate to anybody.
