The person who is e-mailing you is a scammer and thief.

Telephone numbers beginning 4470 are used by scammers to pretend to be based in the UK and they use it to hide their real location.

'[email protected]' is not a proper UK government e-mail address but it's just a scammer pretending to be the UK government.

If you are a foreign national any matter concerning visas and entry to the UK will be handled by the UK Embassy in your own country. They will NEVER deal with you by e-mail, and not from the UK.

The scammer will ask you to pay him money by Western Union and the UK government never receives money this way. It's a scam.

That email address has been used by an au pair scammer who was using the name Billy Oliver. You can read about it here:

Could you please post the first emails that you got from this scammer, and the email address that this scammer is using for sending out emails as the fake family?
