"Kenneth" has also been known to bring in a character named "Rev Dr Rally Edward". Also fake.
This scammer is likely from Kenya, usually sending from an IP Address: 77.220.7.222. However, other IP addresses could be expected if he changes to a cafe' using a satellite connection.
Mr. Barry White and Kenneth Clergy (and "The Bank" and "Rev Dr. Edward") are all the same person. This e-mail is a type a recovery-scam, used to go after victims that might have finally had enough of an earlier attempt. Notice how he keeps the details very vague?

So, your early response to that effect, shall be admired. You have to mind the days on route shipment. Also Don't Expose This Massage To Anybody, So that the Draft will not be send to a wrong person ok.
