Good Day,
I am Barrister Jack Kofi, an Attorney at Law, a national of Ghana, practicing in the Netherlands.
However, before I proceed with the details of this transaction, I will like to emphasize the need for us to respect the confidentiality of this email and respect the integrity of the information you will come by in this email. I contacted you independently and no one else is informed of this communication.
I am writing to notify you of the unclaimed inheritance deposit of a deceased client of mine by the name Late Mr. Christian Eich, Engineer who ran carmaker BMW'S museum, who died with his wife and two children and his wife's parents were also among the victims of plane crash of Monday, 31 July, 2000.
During my search for the relatives and next of kin to the deceased, I got your email address through a web search engine in my quest to get a reliable individual who shall work with me in claiming this inheritance deposit since all efforts to get the biological relatives has proved abortive.
Before his death, he deposited the sum of 9.5 Million United States Dollars with a bank in the Netherlands in his effort to avoid the obligatory and huge payment of income tax in his country. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his Next of Kin or relatives to claim his deposit because the bank cannot release these funds unless a formal application is made which is in line with the Netherlands law on inheritance claim.
My proposition to you is to present you to the bank as the Next of kin and beneficiary of my deceased client and the bank will release the US$9.5 million to you, we can share the amount on a mutually agreed percentage of 60% for me 40% for you.
Under a clear and legitimate agreement with you, I have chosen to seek your consent to work with me as a team and pull out this fund under the legitimacy as the heir apparent of Late Christian Eich. All legal documents to back up the claim will be provided by me for the fund to be paid to you. The bank house has issued me a 12 months’ notice to provide the Next of Kin or have the fund confiscated, and this ultimatum expires by next month. I don't want the money to go into the government treasury as an abandoned fund, so this is the reason why I contacted you. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this transaction through.
If you are interested to work with me in this very confidential transaction, I can prepare the papers on your acceptance that you are the beneficiary of the fund and the bank will pay the money to you. Furthermore, I will use my privilege position to give the transaction its utmost diplomatic coverage. I have chosen to compensate you with 40% of the proceed. You should understand the reason why i will not want this money to go into the government purse.
Please get back to me with your Complete Names, Address, Telephone Number, Age, Occupation and Country of Origin, for more information on the procedure of this claim.
I look forward to read from you soon.
Regards, .
Jack Kofi, esq
